The Youth Home in Dobrich was founded in 1974. Since 1991 it has been an independent, not-for-profit municipal unit. It provides the conditions and opportunities needed by young people to develop in the areas of culture, art, and education. The Youth Home breeds high aesthetic criteria and human values.

Prestigious initiatives:

• Sarandev European Youth Pop-rock Competition - held in May every year
• Eco Summer - held in June - August every year
